If you are the holder or administrative, technical or invoicing contact of an ".es" domain and you cannot access the e-mail address that appears in the register, you can change it by entering the domain name management system with your identifier and password and editing your profile.
If you do not remember your password, you can make the changes by following the steps outlined below:
  1. Select the Change e-mail option on the domain name management system access page.
  2. Enter the contact identifier you wish to change and the latter’s new e-mail address.
  3. Identify yourself in one of the following ways:
  • By Electronic DNI/Certificate*
  • Photocopy of DNI or other proof of identity.
These changes will be made immediately, except for exceptional cases that must be reviewed and approved by our operators.
