1.- How can I contact you if I have any doubts as a user?

2.- Registration of end user
To register as an End User and start managing your domains, you must access the Dominios.es website and enter your details using this link.
Once you have entered all the End User registration details, click on "create contact" and you will be registered.
3.- How can I register my domain?
The best way that can add value to your ".es" domain, both economically and in terms of services, is to register it through one of our Accredited Registration Agents. You can consult the complete list of active Agents here.
You must access through the website. From there you can check if your domain is available and you can register it or you can do so through a Registration Agent or directly with us by clicking on "Dominios.es", if you choose the second option, logging in with your previously obtained ID and Password, we will guide you through the process of registering your domain.
4.- I can't remember my password to access the management of my ".es" domain. How can I recover it?
If you know your identifier but you have forgotten your password, the application allows you to recover it by clicking on the "Recover password" button using this link.
This option shows a screen with a form where you must enter your identifier, number fill in the Captcha data and click on the "Continue" button. You will then receive an email with a link to update your password.
5.- I own an ".es" domain. How can I change the contact email address?
If you do not have a password to access the system, or a valid email address, you can change your email address using this link.
From there, you will access a screen that will ask you for the user identifier on which you wish to replace your email address with the new one.
6.- How can I request my domain ownership certificate?
From the control panel, once you have logged in with your username and password, through the Menu - Other Services - Domain Ownership Certificates.
7.- As a user of an ".es" domain, how do I access the domain management system?
To manage your domain with Dominios.es you can access the system in one of these two ways Login:
1. By entering your ID and password, which were assigned to you when you registered with Dominios.es.
2. Authenticating with your DNIe/certificate, after associating it with your identifier.
If you are not registered, you can do so here.
Once logged in with your ID and password, a menu will appear on the left-hand side of the control panel where the different management options to which you have access as a user will appear.
8.- Who can change the ownership or transfer my domain?
The transfer can be requested by the Registration Agent who manages the domain name, the Owner of it, or the Administrative Contact person.
9.- How can I change ownership of a domain name?
The change of ownership or transfer of an ".es" domain must be processed through the control panel.
You must be logged into the system with the Identifier and password of the Administrative Contact Person or Owner of the domain to be transferred.

10.- Why has my change of ownership been denied?
The domain owner will receive confirmation of the change of ownership whether or not it has been accepted or denied. In case of refusal, you will receive an explanation and the reasons for this in the email account registered in your contact details.
11.- I have received an email indicating that I must renew my domain soon. What should I do?
In order to renew your domain, you must first locate those your own. To do so, go to the link and after logging in with your username and password, in the menu on the left go to "My Domains” and click on the renewal button of the domain name you want to renew.
12.- Who can renew my ".es" domain?
The renewal of your domain can only be done by the Administrative Contact Person or the Billing Contact Person associated with it.
13.- I have missed the renewal date. How can I register my ".es" domain again?
After the renewal date, your domain is temporarily deactivated. From that moment on, the Administrative Contact Person -ACP- or the Billing Contact Person -BCP- will have a further 5 days to make the renewal payment and another 5 to settle it. In short: If such payment has not been made, 10 days after the expiry date your domain will be de-registered and become available.
To re-register the domain name, you must access from the website Dominios.es. From there you can check if the domain is free in the section "Check the availability of the name you are looking for".
Once you have checked that the domain is available you can register it through the Registration Agent or directly with us by clicking on "Dominios.es". If you choose the second option, after logging in with your previously obtained ID and Password, we will guide you through the process of registering your domain.
14.- What is the Whois?
This is a public check that informs you whether the domain name you wish to register is available or, otherwise, is already registered in the name of another owner.
It can be found here and can be accessed by clicking on the "search" button and entering the domain name you are consulting.
15.- What is the Whois43?
Whois Port 43 is the service that enables consultation associated with the whois of Dominios.es to be carried out through port 43.
Consultation of second and third level domains can be carried out, including those with IDN characters.

16.- Where can I obtain a copy of the invoice for my ".es" domain?
Once you have paid for the renewal or registration of the ".es" domain, you can consult the invoice from the application itself.
To do so, you must access the control panel and after logging in, click on the renewal application in the "My Applications" menu. You must go to the last tab "attachments", where you will find the invoice to download in PDF format.
17.- What are the Domain registration fees?
Direct registration through Red.es offers only the domain name (no additional service) and due to its particular conditions it implies a high price regulated by internal instructions.

18.- What are the grounds for requesting the cancellation of an ".es" domain name?
-When this is requested by natural or legal persons and unincorporated entities with no interests or links to Spain.
-When the beneficiaries of domain names composed exclusively of a combination of surnames, first names or first names and surnames are not directly related to the persons to whom such names refer.
-When the registration contains false or incorrect information.
-Where the technical rules and conditions established by the Allocation Authority are not complied with.
-When they do not comply with the established syntax rules.
19.- How do I request the cancellation of an ".es" domain?
Whenever any of the above conditions are met, you can access the control panel and, after logging in, select the option "Request Domain Cancellation" from the menu.
